From this workout you can expect to keep it short and sweet. Even at just 10 minutes long with some built in restm those abs are going to burn! And don’t worry you won’t get bored. I am going to mix it up for you and hit all areas of youre core. Remember that this is a short workout. So make sure you push through those voices in your head telling you to quit. You came here to work, so let’s sweat!
You may be one of the moms that are not as interested in showing off those abdominals, but looking to strengthen your core. This workout is also for you, girly. When I refer to our core I am talking about the trunk of our bodies. So we will be doing more than just crunches and sit ups. The posterior chain (back of the body muscles) is just as important for good support and an aligned posture. This workout will benefit all areas of the core to keep you healthy and strong!

We all know that you can’t outwork a bad diet. I don’t want you to get the wrong idea that you need to spend hours on ab workouts. I am sure you have heard that abs are made in the kitchen. And although your diet won’t actually tone your core muscles, lowering your body fat will put them on display.
