Get ready to work harder than you ever have in just 15 minutes. This high impact HIIT style workout will make push you like never before!

Are you ready to step out of your comfort zone? Well this workout is for you. If you are used to high impact training (lots of bounding and jumping), put your skills to the test. This workout will make your muscles ache, your lungs burn, and your inner whimp scream for a break 😉

And you will get breaks, but just for 15 seconds at a time! You must make every moment, every rep, every breath count in this workout. Because I designed this workout to be no-mess-around with only 15 seconds of work time. So any hesitation and you already missed out on valuable work time. The short-work-short-rest format will have you working in true HIIT format. Allowing your body to work at maximum capacity for every bout. 15 minutes is all you need to feel like you cannot go on any longer. I programmed this workout to alternate the target muscle groups with each exercise so that you can get the burn without the fatigue. I want you to get tired, but I still want you to physically be able to perform.

This high impact HIIT workout is not for the weak minded. You will be struggling. But if you are intermediate to advanced, that is what you came here for. To be pushed hard enough that you better yourself and see progress. Remember that this workout contains LOTS of jumping and impact so I recommend to wear supportive shoes if you are doing this on a hard floor.
