Interval workouts are a great way to burn lots of calories in a short workout. And because they move so quickly and usually have a variety of movements, it’s pretty hard to get bored. Well Coach Zoe stepped it up a notch for you!
I created a super fun workout that will keep you engaged, get you out of your comfort zone, and test your skills. With this kickboxing and yoga workout, you will turn up the heat with cardio kickboxing. Explosive movements and high repetition will have you sweating. Then we will slow down with yoga for active recovery. The strong holds and a focus on recovering your breath will help you maximize your stamina. I really enjoyed recording this style of HIIT because while you workout, you are challenging your agility, balance, coordination, speed, and power. Plus you won’t need any equipment, it’s all bodyweight. How simple is that? I know you came here looking for simple workouts that you enjoy, so let’s sweat!
Is cardio kickboxing the right workout for me?
You don’t need to be advanced or have experience to do this workout! If you have never done either style of fitness, don’t sweat…yet LOL. Just jump in! I don’t make it complicated. Simple movments in timed intervals so you can go at a pace that works for you.
