What to expect
These workouts are all located on my Youtube Channel. I organized this strength workout routine to best fit the needs of women while allowing for frequent training sessions.
A good strength training schedule for women allows you to strength train 5 to 6 days a week by rotating the targeted muscle groups with a variety of intensity, exercise selection, and volume for optimal performance and results.
Each workout focus varies between muscular endurance, hypertrophy training, or muscular strength for a well-rounded approach to strength training.
You can expect some workouts to consist of lighter intensities with higher rep formatting, moderate intensities with a medium rep range, and high intensities with low rep formatting to encourage all aspects of muscular conditioning.
My workouts are always modifiable as I provide suggestions along the way. I also use timed intervals so you can work at your own pace.
These workouts are designed with exercises to help women maintain functional fitness and build strength.
Exercises that are good for building strength in women are basic compound exercises that enforce functional movement patterns and mechanics with push and pull movements in all planes of motion.
I will be right there with you as we work hard together, pushing you to persevere and maintain a good attitude during your training.
