This 4-week program will consist of 15 minute-workouts that will improve full body strength, aerobic fitness, and overall endurance as we build exercise consistency.
We will focus on building a strong foundation of proper exercise technique while we progress through workouts that gradually increase in intensity.
Each workout will be programmed with simple moves and I will offer modifications along the way.
I will workout with you to provide clear instruction as well as motivational coaching along the way.
